At Wilderness Bride, we are committed to delivering garments of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our dresses and the bespoke service we provide, our returns policy varies depending on the type of item purchased.

Ready-to-Wear Dresses

We hope you love your dress, but if you change your mind:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your dress.
- Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Please ensure your return is well-packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Dresses

Due to the personalised nature of these garments, we do not offer returns or refunds on:
- Made-to-Order: Dresses crafted in a chosen style specifically for you after purchase.
- Bespoke: Fully customised gowns designed based on your individual measurements and requirements.

Exceptions apply only in the event that the item is faulty or not as described. In these cases, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you believe your item is faulty, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it. Include clear photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve the matter swiftly.

Fabric & Design Variations

We occasionally make minimal fabric or detail substitutions if a material becomes unavailable. Any changes will be minor and made in line with the original design’s aesthetic and quality. We will inform you of any changes where possible prior to production.

Alterations

Unless otherwise specified, alterations are not included in the price of any dress. We strongly recommend working with a trusted seamstress to achieve your perfect fit.
